One impressed customer of Ñoño’s Taqueria has two tips for newcomers: “Believe the hype,” and “Be prepared to wait.” By all accounts, the line stretching out of the front door is really just indicative of how delicious the tacos are, and every patron seems to agree that it’s well worth waiting in it. Plus, they say the line always moves quickly and food is served efficiently, so don’t let even a long line discourage you!
That being said, fans do recommend checking the taqueria’s Instagram page before you set out for some of their intensely delicious birria tacos. The menu and hours do tend to change from day to day, and they often sell out of popular items. One other thing to note is that cards and cash are not accepted—the shop requests Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp payments instead. If you’re willing to cope with these little quirks, customers say you’ll be blown away not only by the popular birria tacos, tortas, and quesadillas but also fusion dishes such as the birria ramen. It mashes up elements of Mexican and Japanese cuisine for a totally unique dish that’s also totally delicious.
